4. Pricing & Payments

- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as agreed.
- Additional features or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Project Timeline

Elara Digital will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines; however, delays caused by client inaction or external factors are not our responsibility.
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
- Each package includes a limited number of revisions as specified.

- Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing.
7. Domain & Hosting
- Clients are responsible for purchasing and renewing their domain and hosting unless otherwise agreed.
- Elara Digital may assist with setup but is not liable for third-party service failures.
- We may recommend trusted providers for hosting and domain services.
8. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients will own the final website design and content developed specifically for them.
- Elara Digital retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio.
- Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, images) remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Website Maintenance & Support
- Ongoing support is provided based on the selected package or maintenance plan.
- After the support period ends, additional support may be billed separately.
- Elara Digital is not responsible for issues caused by third-party changes or client modifications.
10. Limitation of Liability
Elara Digital shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Website downtime due to hosting or third-party services
- Security breaches caused by external factors
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project under the following conditions:
- Breach of agreement
- Failure to make payments
- Lack of communication
In such cases, work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.
13. Changes to Terms
